By making an order, either on this website or by e-mail, you (the customer making the order, herein referred to as the “Customer”), are agreeing to our store policies described below. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to completely and voluntarily comply with this policy without objection.

1. Privacy / Usage of Your Personal Information

The personal information of the Customer shall only be used for the purposes of:

• Processing payment
• Processing order fulfilment (shipping)
• Customer service and assistance
• Enforcement and compliance of these policies
• Fulfilling a request of law enforcement

2. Cancellations, Refunds, & Replacements

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can only be cancelled prior to being shipped. Only partial refunds will be issued, with the payment processing fee of 3% of the order total withheld. This is due to our payment processing company charging a non-refundable fee of 3% on all orders.

Due to the risk of piracy, orders that have already shipped are NOT eligible for cancellation or refund. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SEIZURES BY CUSTOMS OR YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT, but you may contact us PRIOR TO ORDERING if you are concerned that this is a possibility and require additional discretion.

DIGITAL AND VIRTUAL PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL.

Replacement Policy

In the event that an item is damaged during shipping, or is defective in nature, and the Customer can provide proof of the item being defective, the Customer may request a single replacement of the same product at no additional charge. The replacement will be shipped with added packaging to ensure proper delivery. In the event of the Customer’s dissatisfaction with the replacement or replacement policy, the seller reserves the absolute right to determine the most appropriate action, solution, or resolution, if any.

3. Indemnification & Waiver of Liability

The images, videos, text, multimedia, and all other content contained within products are the sole intellectual property of the respective copyright holder. By placing an ordering or purchasing a product, the Customer is only entitled to consume and use the products for personal private usage, and the Customer is not entitled to any additional license, commercial purpose, public display, unauthorized usage, or any other usage not agreed by the copyright holder.

As such, the Customer agrees that the copyright holder has the full right to investigate violations and infractions against their intellectual property, and may pursue legal action against individuals, businesses, groups, or entities that are determined to have committed such violations, or may have committed such violations. The Customer agrees that the seller, the operator of this website, and the copyright holder, are not responsible for any punitive or legal action against the Customer as a result of the Customer violating the copyright holder’s intellectual property, which may include, but not limited to, civil or criminal legal action, incarceration, financial losses, bodily harm, death, civil or criminal penalties, fines, or other punishment(s).

Furthermore, the Customer, at their own expense, will indemnify, defend and hold harmless, the seller, the copyright holder, the operator of this website, service providers, and the contractors, employees, directors, officers, representatives, agents and affiliates, of the seller, the copyright holder, and the operator of this website, against any claim, suit, action, or other proceeding brought against the seller, the copyright holder, the operator of this website, or their service providers, based on or arising from any claim or alleged claim arising under this Agreement, including without limitation:

(1) infringement by either the Customer, or someone else using the product(s) with the Customer’s computer or within their household, of any intellectual property or other proprietary right of any person or entity

(2) arising out of any breach by the Customer of this Agreement.

(3) relating to or arising out of any Order or use of any Order

(4) relating to any action of the seller, the copyright holder, the operator of this website, or their service providers as permitted by this Agreement

(5) relating to any action of the seller, the copyright holder, the operator of this website, or their service providers carried out on behalf of the Customer as described in this Agreement

(6) The Customer will pay any and all costs, damages, and expenses, including, but not limited to, actual attorneys’ fees and costs awarded against or otherwise incurred by the seller, the copyright holder, the operator of this website, or their service providers in connection with or arising from any such indemnifiable claim, suit, action or proceeding.
